Great to meet you!

My ideal client is someone who is seeking support and guidance to overcome their challenges and improve their overall well-being. Struggling with issues related to anxiety, mild depression, stress, co-parenting, divorce, or separation. Recognizing the impact these difficulties are having on their daily life and are motivated to make positive changes. Their needs include finding healthy coping mechanisms for managing their anxiety and stress, improving their communication and problem-solving skills in co-parenting situations, navigating the complexities of divorce or separation, and ultimately finding a sense of peace.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to empower clients to overcome their struggles, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I offer a safe space for clients to explore their concerns, gain insights, and develop practical skills to improve their well-being and achieve their desired outcomes. In addition to traditional therapeutic modalities, I have the capacity to offer mindfulness in my practice. I am a certified yoga, sound healing, meditation, and reiki practitioner.

What you can expect from me

Understanding seeking therapy and sharing your challenges can be difficult, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Clients can expect to gain valuable insight to their thoughts and behaviors, develop effective coping strategies, and enhance their emotional resiliency. We will work towards setting and achieving personal goals, improving communication skills, and fostering a greater understanding of oneself.
