Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist with over 7 years of experience supporting adults in their personal growth and healing. I hold an MA in Transpersonal Psychology with an emphasis in Art Therapy from Naropa University. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from art therapy, mindfulness, transpersonal psychology, and depth-oriented approaches to explore the connections between emotional well-being, self-understanding, and personal meaning. Clients may choose traditional talk therapy or incorporate accessible creative practices into their sessions as a way to explore experiences, express emotions, and gain new perspectives. I enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and questions of identity, purpose, and self-discovery. I strive to offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can feel supported, deepen self-understanding, and discover new possibilities for growth.

My approach to therapy

Our work together begins with what feels most important to you, whether navigating a difficult life situation, understanding recurring patterns, working through emotional challenges, or exploring questions of identity and purpose. I tailor sessions to your individual needs, combining conversation and reflection with experiential approaches when helpful. Art therapy is always optional; you may choose traditional talk therapy or incorporate creative practices such as journaling, imagery, dream exploration, and guided visualization. My work is informed by a focus on how personal history, relationships, family patterns, and unconscious processes shape our lives. My goal is to help you gain new perspectives, reconnect with your inner resources, and discover possibilities for growth.

What you can expect from me

Together, we identify the concerns that bring you to therapy and clarify goals for the future. I work collaboratively with clients to explore options, problem-solve, and develop realistic, manageable steps toward meaningful change. I offer support, gentle feedback, practical ideas, and psychoeducation along the way, creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged.
