Great to meet you!

If you're tired of carrying patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, your stress, or your sense of self, you're not alone — and you don't have to keep managing around them. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and substance use concerns. With over 10 years of experience, my work is built around helping you understand what's actually driving your experience, not just coping with symptoms. I bring a structured, grounded presence to our work, and I do best with clients who are ready to understand their patterns and build something more stable.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are transparent and structured — you'll always know what we're working on, why it matters, and how each piece fits your broader goals. I draw on CBT, trauma-informed interventions, and relational and developmental frameworks to help you build real insight and lasting regulation skills. I tailor everything to your history, your relationships, and what's showing up for you right now, and I check in regularly to make sure the direction still makes sense for where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a focused conversation — calm, not clinical. I take time to understand what brings you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping changes. You'll leave with clearer goals and a real sense of what our work together can look like. The pace is yours. My goal for that first meeting is simple: that you feel understood, not overwhelmed.
