Great to meet you!

( I currently only provide medication management no individual therapy)

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. My background spans primary care, urgent care, and mental health, allowing me to approach each client with a comprehensive understanding of both physical and emotional well-being.

I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and mood disorders. My practice focuses on providing evidence-based medication management paired with supportive, collaborative care. I believe in meeting clients where they are, empowering them through education, and tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and holistic. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported.

If you’re looking for compassionate, thorough, and personalized care, I’m here to help you take the next step in your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to healthcare is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I believe effective mental health care starts with truly listening—understanding your story, your struggles, and your strengths. From there, we work together to build a plan that fits your life, your goals, and your comfort level.

As a dual-certified FNP and PMHNP, I look at both the mind and body to ensure we’re addressing the full picture of your health. I combine evidence-based medication management with practical lifestyle strategies, supportive guidance, and clear communication. You’ll always know your options, and you’ll always be part of every decision we make.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and mood disorders. My style is warm, open, and non-judgmental—I strive to create a safe space where you can be honest, ask questions, and explore what you need without pressure.

My goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to help you feel empowered, informed, and supported as you move toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. We’ll start with a relaxed conversation about what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what your goals are for treatment. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is simply your space to share at your own pace.

I’ll ask questions about your medical history, mental health history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments you’ve tried. This helps me understand the full picture so we can create a plan that truly fits your needs.

Together, we’ll talk about different treatment options—whether that includes medication, therapy recommendations, lifestyle strategies, or a combination. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, share concerns, and let me know what feels right for you.

My goal in every first session is for you to leave feeling understood, informed, and hopeful. This is the beginning of a partnership, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
