Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Shannon !
Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already managing anxiety, stress (work, kids, etc), relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
With over 12 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across medical and mental health settings. My background in pediatric hematology and oncology has given me specialized experience helping individuals and caregivers cope with chronic illness, cancer, cancer survivorship, medical trauma, caregiver stress, and the emotional impact of serious health conditions.
I also enjoy working with child, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, parenting stress, self-esteem concerns, women’s issues, adjustment to life changes, and healthcare professionals facing compassion fatigue. I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique goals so you leave each session feeling supported and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life.
