Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who has experience working with adults seeking support to overcome trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, parental challenges, anger, self-esteem issues, codependency, and other challenges that arise in life.

I completed my Master of Arts (MA) in Professional Counseling at Liberty University.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, S.M.A.R.T goal setting, and psychotherapy techniques, to sit with my clients in their struggles, offering them comfort and support to help them overcome the challenges they are facing.

I utilize a collaborative and holistic approach to helping individuals overcome their challenges because they’re the experts on their lives.

What you can expect from me

I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free environment filled with compassion and empathy, where individuals are free to openly discuss their experiences and become the best version of themselves as they see fit. I believe that experiences and challenges are unique to individuals, and so too should be the therapeutic approach I use.
