Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe mental health ties to many different aspects of our lives. Many people find it difficult to ask for help and I can see the difference when people make that first step. My goal is that people do not struggle alone and I am here to help. I work with adults of all ages but really enjoy working with couples and women who experience anxiety, depression, or PTSD.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and realistic. Our first session will be establishing goals and building trust and respect from the beginning of our therapeutic relationship. I am supportive and open with my clients, providing space and meeting people where they are at the moment.

What you can expect from me

I like getting to know my clients and their primary reason for seeking therapy. Clients should feel comfortable, welcome a challenge, but also feel that I can be a vessel for non-judgment.
