Great to meet you!

I believe that caring for our mental health is essential to feeling connected to ourselves, our relationships, and the life we want to live. Over the past 17 years, I've had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings, helping them navigate life's challenges and transitions. Reaching out for support can often be the hardest step, and I honor the courage it takes to begin. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore what's troubling you and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best as a partnership. Together, we'll identify what feels challenging, explore what is within your control, and focus on changes that feel realistic and meaningful to you. We'll also work on building tools to navigate the things you can't change with greater confidence and self-compassion. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more empowered, connected to your strengths, and better equipped to move forward in the direction you want for your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You'll have the opportunity to share what's bringing you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we'll create a path forward that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your goals.

I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward positive change.
