I am a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia with more than 16 years of experience working with adults, couples/partners/spouses and children seeking help with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, women’s issues, relationship/martial issues, life transitions, foster care and adoption, addiction, self-injurious behaviors, and suicidal thoughts.

My approach to therapy

I have a passion for helping others. During sessions I provide a safe space to encourage self-expression, inspiration and understanding to meet your needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore your thoughts and feelings as well as learning coping skills. Please note I only provide virtual sessions.
