I am a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia with more than 15 years of experience working with adults, couples/partners/spouses and children seeking help with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, women’s issues, relationship/martial issues, life transitions, foster care and adoption, addiction, self-injurious behaviors, and suicidal thoughts.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore your thoughts and feelings as well as learning coping skills. Please note I only provide virtual sessions.
