Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Shannon Webb, LICSW(WA), LCSW(ID), BCD, CMHS, MHP a Washington State & Idaho, licensed therapist and clinical licensing supervisor providing telehealth therapy for adults and teens. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, and major life transitions, with particular experience supporting helping professionals, clinicians, caregivers, and others who work in high-stress or service-oriented fields.

Many of my clients come to therapy after spending years supporting others, managing complex responsibilities, or “holding it together” despite feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected inside. My work blends warmth, directness, and evidence-based therapy to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, build practical coping skills, and create real, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I provide evidence-based telehealth therapy for anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, and life transitions, drawing from EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, IFS-informed therapy, and mindfulness to support meaningful, sustainable change.

I work from an ecological and family systems perspective, recognizing that mental health is shaped by relationships, environments, identity, and lived experience—not just individual symptoms.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, grounded, and collaborative therapy space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. In our first session, we’ll focus on what brings you in, what you want to feel different, and what feels most supportive as we begin, moving at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

We’ll also identify practical next steps and begin creating a plan grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
