Great to meet you!

You may be the person everyone turns to, the one who keeps going no matter what, but inside, you may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you find yourself overthinking, questioning your choices, repeating the same relationship patterns, or wondering why certain emotions keep resurfacing. I work with adults who are ready to slow down, understand themselves more deeply, and create a life that feels more balanced and authentic. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University and have a strong psychodynamic foundation that guides my work. I support clients navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, life transitions, and the lasting impact of past experiences. My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported as we make sense of your story together.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a place where you can be curious about yourself without judgment. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a focus on understanding the deeper patterns that influence how you experience yourself and your relationships. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, family dynamics, and emotional patterns may still be shaping your present life. As we build insight, we’ll also focus on creating meaningful change by developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening boundaries, improving self-trust, and helping you feel more grounded in your everyday life. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about helping you better understand yourself and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been overlooked.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. In our first session, we’ll start with a conversation where I can learn more about you, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope to feel differently moving forward. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear plan before we begin. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll take the process one step at a time. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the work ahead. If you’re ready to better understand yourself and create lasting change, visit my profile to schedule your first session. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
