Great to meet you!

If you've spent a long time carrying things on your own, feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns, or wondering why certain emotions and experiences keep showing up, you're not alone. I enjoy working with adults who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and want to feel more connected, grounded, and confident in their lives. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University and have a strong psychodynamic foundation that guides my work. I help clients navigate anxiety, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the patterns that may be keeping them from living more fully. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported as we make sense of what you're carrying together.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm, curious, and collaborative style to therapy. While my work is rooted in psychodynamic theory, I take an eclectic approach and tailor treatment to each person's unique needs. I enjoy helping clients slow things down and explore how past experiences, family dynamics, and unconscious patterns may still be influencing their present lives. I believe meaningful change happens when we pair insight with accountability and self-compassion. Therapy with me isn't about "fixing" you, it's about helping you better understand yourself and create lasting change in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. Our first session is simply a conversation, a chance for me to get to know you, hear your story, and understand what has brought you here. We'll talk about what's been feeling heavy, what you hope might be different, and what support would feel most helpful right now. My hope is that you leave our first meeting feeling a little less alone, a little more understood, and with the sense that we can begin this work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
