Great to meet you!

I have a knack for connecting with my clients on a deep level, understanding their needs, and providing them with the support they require. I am a passionate therapist dedicated to helping others become the best versions of themselves. My goal of teaching healthy coping skills to empower individuals to become self-sufficient in crisis, and everyday occurrences, reflects my commitment to making a positive change in people's lives.

My approach to therapy

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past 5 years. It helps challenge your reoccurring thoughts, redirect self-sabotaging behaviors, and managing anxiety. I use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. Using that knowledge, we will work together to change your thinking patterns, and automatic thoughts which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

What you can expect from me

Using Strength Base Therapy within my practice focuses on shinning a light on your inner strengths and capabilities. Over the past 7 years, I have used this approach to empower individuals to focus on their positive attributes, and work towards tackling their goals with confidence. My role becomes a facilitator, helping you understand and improve connections with other individuals personally, professionally, and intimately.
