Great to meet you!

I have a passion for creating healing spaces that are affirming, empowering, and real. As a Queer Person of Color, I know firsthand how identity can shape the way we move through the world and how important it is to be seen and supported in our full complexity.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, QTBIPOC communities, and those navigating anxiety, identity exploration, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, meaning I pull from multiple evidence-based practices to meet you where you are. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, every person’s story deserves a personalized, culturally aware, and strengths-based approach.

I also believe in being direct. I’ll gently call out inconsistencies, ask hard questions, and hold space for you to be accountable to the goals you set for yourself—all with warmth, humor, and honesty.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space that honors all of who you are, where your identities aren’t explained away or ignored, but embraced as central to your healing. You’ll leave sessions with insight, practical tools, and a growing sense of agency. My goal is to support you in becoming your most authentic self while developing the emotional skills needed to navigate life’s challenges, relationships, and transitions.
