Great to meet you!

You don’t have to be strong here.

Life can ask us to carry more than we were ever meant to carry alone. In our sessions, you have permission to show up exactly as you are (overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, uncertain, or simply ready for something to change).

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience and 11 years of military service. I believe treatment should feel collaborative, and I want you to understand not only what we are doing, but why.

I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that feels realistic, individualized, and centered on you.

You’ve been strong long enough. Here, you can simply be human.

My approach to therapy

My approach is affirming, open-minded, and solution-oriented. I believe you deserve to feel heard without judgment and to have an active voice in your care. I take time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals before developing a treatment plan. Together, we’ll explore evidence-based options, including medication management when appropriate, and find practical solutions that support meaningful and lasting improvement.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you beyond a diagnosis. We’ll talk about what brought you to care, your symptoms, experiences, medical and psychiatric history, and what you hope will improve. You can expect a judgment-free space where you don’t have to have everything figured out, or feel like you have to be strong. By the end of our visit, we’ll discuss my recommendations and work together to create a treatment plan that feels realistic and right for you.
