Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with master’s degrees in Psychology, Human Relations, and Education. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship dynamics, working with individuals ages 15 and older. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trained in EMDR, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help you feel supported as you heal, gain awareness, and move toward your full potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to meet you where you are and support you throughout the therapeutic process, from our initial session through discharge. I provide client-centered, guided therapy, which means you set the pace and help direct our focus. Together, we can explore challenging experiences, identify current and future goals, and build practical insight and skills that support healing, meaningful change, and continued growth.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about this work because I know how meaningful support can be during and after difficult experiences. In our first session, we will begin building a trusting relationship, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify what you hope to address. Therapy may be challenging at times, but I will remind you that you are worth the work. Together, we will create a path forward and honor your efforts to heal.
