Great to meet you!

My qualifications and competence in the area of Counseling are founded on my education, work experience, and additional training in areas relating to the field of counseling. I have over five (5) years’ experience providing services to a wide range of populations including adolescents, adults and couples in school, outpatient, nonprofit, and virtual settings. My specialties include providing counseling services to adults, adolescents, and families surrounding depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is based on Integrative Psychotherapy which envelops a perspective that affirms the inherent value of the individual. It’s a unifying psychotherapy that responds suitably and effectively to the person(s) at the affective, behavioral, cognitive, and physiological levels of functioning.

What you can expect from me

I'm so glad you're here and considering taking this important step toward your well-being. During our initial session, we'll have a chance to get to know each other in a relaxed and supportive space. While this first meeting isn't a formal therapy session, it's a valuable opportunity for us to explore your goals, what you're hoping to gain from therapy, and how I can best support you as your clinician. We'll also talk about what you can expect from me and make sure this feels like a good fit for you.
