Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, evidence-based individual therapy for adults and older adults navigating life’s emotional challenges. Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, grief, postpartum depression or anxiety, reproductive concerns, or persistent stress, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.

In our work together, I draw from proven therapeutic approaches while tailoring each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. We’ll explore patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build insight in a way that feels manageable and meaningful to you. My aim is to partner with you feel more grounded, gain clarity and self-trust, and cultivate a stronger sense of empowerment and control over your mental well-being—supporting lasting, positive change in your life.

My approach to therapy

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals through grief, major life transitions, and experiences that impact identity, body, and family—such as postpartum and reproductive concerns.

In our sessions, you can expect a balance of empathy, clinical insight, and practical tools. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapies, and, when helpful, incorporate couples or marital counseling to support relationship dynamics alongside individual growth.

What you can expect from me

If you are ready to take the first step, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I offer online sessions for adults across Maryland. Call or email to ask questions or schedule an appointment so we can explore whether we are a good fit and begin your path toward feeling more supported and understood.
