Shari began her journey as a therapist when she graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2006 with a Masters of Science in Counseling and went on to receive her license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California in 2008 and then moved to Texas in 2013. Shari uses CBT methods, IFS informed interventions, and mindful techniques to support a therapeutic journey. Shari has expertise in managing anxiety, depression, trauma experiences, and executive functioning.

Shari is warm, humorous, accepting, and solution focused. Shari has expertise working with adults and adolescents utilizing mindfulness techniques, CBT, and IFS informed practices to improve functioning.
