Great to meet you!

I earned my Bachelor degree from University of Maryland, College Park and a Masters in Social Work from UNC- Chapel Hill. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and have counselling experience since 2015. My career so far has been colored with unique settings and experiences like an emergency room, non-profit, college counseling center and private practice. I value continued education and am always striving to provide proven solutions to your concerns.

My approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic approach that includes fast effective interventions like CBT IFS and bottom up trauma healing.

What you can expect from me

I have helped clients navigate Anxiety symptoms, Identity Exploration, Self Care, career Stress, Depression, Sleep Disturbances, Health Issues, Adjustment, Coping Skills, Loss, Procrastination, Relationships, Life Balance, Motivation, Intimate Partner Violence, and family dynamics. When my client is ready to make lasting change in their lives, we work together to affirm and accept their reality, identify areas of growth, celebrate progress and validate their experience and feelings throughout.
