Great to meet you!

As an Army Veteran and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I value the importance of intersectionality and lived experience. I bring specialized over the last 18 years with experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, substance use, LGBTQ+ identity, trauma. No matter your background or what brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you are seen and supported.

My approach to therapy

I use DBT to help you manage emotions, reduce stress, and communicate more effectively. Motivational Interviewing supports you in finding your own reasons for change at a pace that feels right. Interpersonal Process Therapy helps you understand relationship patterns so you can build healthier, more secure connections. Learn practical, effective coping skills to manage emotions and daily stress.

What you can expect from me

Being human is hard—but healing is possible. Let’s take that first step together.

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your goals. I use approaches like DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and Polyvagal-informed strategies to reduce anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm so you can reconnect with the present and experience more peace.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel scary, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’ve worked with people across all ages and stages of life, and I’m honored to support your growth.
