Great to meet you!

As an Army Veteran and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of intersectionality and lived experience. With 19 years of experience, I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, substance use, and LGBTQ+ concerns. No matter your background or what brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy

You want therapy that feels safe, affirming, and genuine. I specialize in addiction, trauma, grief, and LGBTQ+ mental health. Using DBT, Motivational Interviewing, interpersonal, and polyvagal-informed approaches, I help you build coping skills, regulate emotions, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and what feels most important right now. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and begin identifying goals together.
