Great to meet you!

I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, identity concerns, and panic. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure how to handle what life is asking of them right now.

My practice is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. Since beginning my career in 2017, I have worked in a variety of settings—including home visits and hospital crisis care—which has deepened my understanding of the challenges individuals and families face. I am committed to providing a safe, flexible, and compassionate environment where you can explore your goals and build resilience.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change. My goal is to support you in discovering your strengths and working together to help you become the best version of yourself. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, we’ll focus on building resilience, embracing challenges, and celebrating progress at every step.

I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with experience supporting clients of all ages, starting at 7 years old through adulthood.

What you can expect from me

Therapy goals are shaped by each person’s unique needs, hopes, and what they want to get out of the process. My goal is to support each client by providing tools, guidance, and encouragement so they can better understand and manage their emotions in healthy, lasting ways.
