My approach to therapy is warm, personable, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy should provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood.
I use a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. My clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Structural Family Therapy, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I integrate these modalities flexibly to support insight, emotional growth, coping skills, and lasting change.
I have experience supporting younger adults, older adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma survivors, neurodivergent clients, BIPOC communities, and individuals navigating chronic illness or major life changes. I work best with clients who are ready and committed to investing in themselves and the therapeutic process.
While my practice is secular, I fully support clients who wish to incorporate faith or spirituality into their therapy experience.
I currently offer virtual therapy services only, allowing clients to access support from the comfort and privacy of their own environment.
