Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages, but I have a particular passion for working with college students and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I also enjoy working with folks with a variety of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief, relationship issues, self esteem, body image concerns and ADHD. I believe in using evidence based practices to achieve the most change in the shortest amount of time. Allow me to help you tackle your goals and gain more fulfillment out of life. With expertise in eating disorders, I enjoy helping clients develop a healthier relationship with food and their body

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative. I aim to create a safe space where you can feel free to be your most authentic self without fear of judgment. I am proudly a LGBTQIA+ affirming and sex positive therapist. Therapy is a place where you can laugh as well as cry which is all part of the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Call or email today to get started.
