Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant specializing in perinatal and maternal mental health. I have been working in Women's Health for over a decade. I support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions of motherhood with compassionate, evidence-based care. I treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and offer medication management and brief therapy tailored to your goals, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in evidence-based care. I integrate medication management and brief therapy when appropriate, always tailoring treatment to your personal goals. I value transparency, shared decision-making, and thoughtful discussions around options, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding. My focus is on helping you build coping tools, emotional resilience, and confidence in yourself as both a woman and a mother.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit prior to your first appointment. In our first session, we will take time to understand your story, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from care. I will ask thoughtful questions about your emotional health, daily stressors, support system, and any previous treatment experiences. Together, we will begin outlining a realistic plan aligned with your needs. You can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the start.
