Great to meet you!

I support clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, end of life concerns, trauma, and ADHD. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work through what is feeling most difficult right now.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, which means we will look at how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships impact your daily life. Together, we can build practical tools to help you better understand your patterns, manage stress, and move toward meaningful change.

I strive to offer care that feels compassionate, collaborative, and focused on your individual needs. Whether you are coping with loss, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to make sense of longstanding challenges, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy to help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships are connected.

In our work together, I focus on creating a supportive space where you feel heard and respected. We will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build coping tools for managing stress and difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, whether they are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, end of life concerns, trauma, or ADHD. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered, supported, and equipped to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive space where they can share what is bringing them to therapy at a pace that feels comfortable. We will talk about their current challenges, relevant background, and what they hope to gain from therapy.

I will ask questions to better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships, and we will begin identifying goals for our work together. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more clear about the next steps.
