Great to meet you!

Are you feeling, drained by anxiety, overwhelmed by stress, or weighed down by depression? You don't have to carry that burden alone. I specialize in helping my clients move from being trapped by anxiety and self-criticism to peace and self-support using a heart/mind approach focused in mindfulness and positive psychology. Together, we'll cultivate a kind, supportive relationship with yourself, enabling you to navigate life's challenges with greater ease, resilience, and inner peace.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and more using traditional approaches combined with mindfulness and compassion-based approaches. Many people try to "fix" themselves, but this often leads to more suffering. My approach is different. We work to fundamentally change your relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be fully met in our session, with warmth, curiosity, acceptance, and the belief that you CAN overcome your struggles and issues. My clients walk away with more self-acceptance and a toolbox of strategies for managing the difficult times in life. My training in mindfulness-informed approaches such as MBSR, MBCT, and Mindful Self-Compassion helps me to help clients find their strength and self-kindness.
