I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Agency Counseling, both from Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. A bit about my approach to therapy

My theoretical orientation heavily emphasizes present-focused, mindful, and person-centered approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I focus on the human potential for growth with an emphasis on freedom, meaning, self-determination, choice, and responsibility.
