I am passionate about assisting individuals who struggle with day-to-day stressors and personal issues. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I would like to walk alongside those that I serve in order to help them to navigate through life’s challenges. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space that will allow one to flourish into to the person that they have always wanted to be.

I will work with you to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences and how to better manage each. You are an expert in your own life, and I am a passenger to help you navigate. Using a variety of treatment modalities, I will tailor a plan to your preferences and lifestyle and make adjustments as needed throughout the therapeutic process.
