Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA) dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and substance use concerns. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with difficult emotions, or working toward long-term recovery, I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is built on trust, collaboration, and a nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to be yourself. My approach is client-centered and tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to help you gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), strengths-based therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, stress, and substance use disorders, including co-occurring mental health concerns.

Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, processing grief, working toward recovery, or simply looking for support during a challenging time, my goal is to help you build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and feel empowered to move forward with confidence. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that reflects your values and supports the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, strengths, and the goals you'd like to achieve. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process so you know what to expect moving forward.

Together, we'll begin developing a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs and values. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, or substance use, we'll identify practical steps to help you move toward healing, improved well-being, and lasting change. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
