Her mission is to promote help seeking behaviors and to eradicate myths associated with counseling. While providing support through problem identification, solution rigor and empowerment, Mrs. Champion aims to be a catalyst in promoting cognitive, social, emotional, and personal growth through implementation of a holistic approach to self-care and wellness.
