Great to meet you!

Thanks for being here; I’m really glad you found your way. I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, spirituality, coping skills, and women’s issues. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to make sense of a new season of life, you don’t have to do it alone.

I’m committed to helping you build on your existing strengths to live your best possible life. My style is warm, patient, nurturing, and direct when needed, creating a space where you can feel safe being honest about what you’re going through. I know opening up can be hard, and I truly value creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and grounded in real connection. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, while also incorporating Motivational Interviewing, Expressive Arts, Music Therapy, and Christian Counseling (if that speaks to you).

In simple terms, we’ll work together to better understand what’s going on beneath the surface, build coping skills that actually feel useful, and create meaningful change in your daily life. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you—not one-size-fits-all.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what you’re hoping will feel different. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at your pace.

You can expect a space that feels safe, welcoming, and grounded, where you’re supported as you begin to process your experiences and explore next steps. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful about what’s ahead.
