Great to meet you!

Sometimes we don’t have all the answers, yet there’s usually a resource there to help you navigate through tough situations. I want to be that resource for you. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, as well as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. Over the past five years, I have learned that my therapeutic style has changed the lives of children/youth, young adults, the strong one, the angry one, the one who feels unheard, and anyone who has a desire and willingness to change.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is just as important as any other relationship. Trustworthiness, loyalty, and honesty are all necessary in this journey. Though therapy can be challenging. My hope is that you're willing to stretch yourself to evolve into the best version of you. I use a host of methods; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered therapies, Motivational Interviewing (MI), hands on interventions, mindfulness, family/systems therapy, addictions counseling, and more.

What you can expect from me

Desire for change is not enough. One has to be willing to create a partnership in their therapeutic journey. I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. We will begin with an assessment to assess your needs, and then we collectively develop a plan to create a roadmap to produce growth and positive change. If at any point the roadmap is no longer beneficial, we will come back to the table and make necessary adjustments. You deserve to live the life you want to live. I want to see you win!
