My approach to therapy

"My approach to mental health treatment is rooted in the belief that healing is both possible and personal. I combine evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative style, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. By integrating psychopharmacology management, cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based interventions, I help individuals build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and foster lasting change. My goal is not only to address immediate challenges but also to support long-term emotional well-being and self-discovery."

What you can expect from me

In your first session, the client can expect a warm, personalized introduction, a clear explanation of my approach, and a safe space to explore their goals and concerns — all while building trust and rapport from the start.
