Great to meet you!

Life can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to carry it alone. I believe healing begins when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement, and begin moving toward the life you want to live.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years of experience, I help adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life’s many transitions through a compassionate, brain-informed approach. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and rediscover hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and truly understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

Together, we’ll explore the root of what’s keeping you stuck, strengthen your resilience, and create lasting change using a brain-informed approach tailored to your unique needs. My hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and reminded that healing is possible.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the moment we meet. Our first session is a chance for me to hear your story, understand what you’re going through, and learn what you’re hoping for.

Together, we’ll begin creating a path forward at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful that meaningful healing is possible.
