Great to meet you!

I am a trauma therapist who specializes in working with chronically dissociated clients and those experiencing Complex Post Traumatic Stress. I have additional Niches that include working with clients who have religious trauma; those deconstructing systems, and those struggling with the current state of our nation.

My approach to therapy

My approach begins with creating safety: Safety in your environment, safety in your body, and safety in your mind. I integrate psychoeducation, somatic approaches; DBT distress tolerance skills and radical self acceptance; as well as Internal Family Systems. These methods bring a holistic approach to your needs, ultimately creating a safety net around you for when you begin to process tough experiences and hold space for parts of you previously held back.

What you can expect from me

We start slow. There is no expectation of trust in the first several sessions. We will discover what flow feels best for you. You are in control of your healing journey at all times. Yes, at times I will push you, other times I will laugh with you, but I will not push past you, your needs, your desires, or your questions. I am a relational therapist; I bring my real self to the table. I will not operate as an AI chatbot, but as a fellow human, experiencing life alongside you.
