Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace while building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I provide telehealth therapy for adults throughout Michigan, Massachusetts, and Illinois.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, low self-esteem, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and substance use. My approach is primarily psychodynamic and trauma-informed, meaning we'll work together to understand how past experiences may be influencing your present while developing healthier patterns for the future. I also incorporate EMDR when it's appropriate to support trauma recovery.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my priority is getting to know you, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also your strengths, experiences, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We'll discuss what has been going on in your life, review your history at a pace that feels comfortable, and identify your goals for therapy.
