Great to meet you!

As a Queer Neurodivergent Therapist, I know the importance of feeling seen in your identities. My personal experience in therapy inspired me to become that support for others. I attended the University of Massachusetts for my undergraduate degree and received a Bachelors in Psychology. In my post graduate education, I received my Masters of Social Work and my Masters of Education in Human Sexuality. I fell in love with trauma work and became certified as an EMDR therapist. I love utilizing parts work and somatic based therapy into my treatment plans as well.

My approach to therapy

I am very relational in my approach, meaning I strive to develop authentic connections with my clients. I do so by bringing my personality into my sessions because I find that helps create a safe environment where my clients feel comfortable sharing vulnerable emotions and experiences.

What you can expect from me

My number one goal is to have my clients feel seen, heard, and understood. The end goal is to have my clients feel calmer and more in control of their life. I always encourage my client's to let me know if they ever feel otherwise so we can discuss the issue and resolve it which I also find strengthens the therapeutic relationship.
