Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, identity development, school-related concerns, and more. I also hold a master’s degree in elementary education, but chose to follow my true passion—building meaningful connections with children and families through therapy.

I believe there’s something powerful about creating a space where individuals feel safe enough to be fully themselves. Whether I’m working with a child, teen, or parent, my goal is to foster an environment of trust, openness, and genuine understanding.

My approach is warm, affirming, and empowering. I’m passionate about helping clients strengthen emotional regulation skills, deepen their connections, and feel confident in their healing journey. I bring authenticity into the room—I laugh often, value joy, and strive to make others feel at ease while doing meaningful work together.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sunrises and sunsets, and surrounding myself with sunflowers—my favorite. I love decorating and creating beautiful spaces, and I’m drawn to the color yellow as a reminder to find light and positivity, even in life’s more challenging moments. That same perspective is something I carry into my work every day.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) framework, which allows me to provide trauma-informed, relationship-centered care. I start by building a strong, supportive relationship where you feel safe and understood. From there, we focus on developing practical skills to help you manage emotions, reduce stress, and navigate daily challenges.

I like to sit back and allow people to let it out and let it go. When you feel ready, I'll step in to empower you. We'll work together to find your motivations, build your confidence, and discover positivity even when things feel heavy. I also help strengthen core competencies like communication, problem-solving, and self-awareness so you can move through life with more confidence and stability.

Whether I'm working with children, adolescents, or adults, my approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and centered on empowering you to grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, expect a warm, low-pressure conversation. We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping will change. I'll ask some questions to get to know you better, and you'll have plenty of space to ask questions too.

This initial session is collaborative and gives you room to begin building a sense of safety and trust. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead. And if you're a parent bringing in your child, know that I truly love connecting with kids and creating a space where they feel comfortable being exactly who they are.
