Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sheena Gaddis, LCSW, and I’m so glad you’re here. I earned my Master of Social Work from Fayetteville State University and have over 15 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space where you can be heard without judgment. I use approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you build coping skills, gain clarity, and create meaningful change at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on you. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where we can work together to understand your challenges and identify what can help. I use CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you build practical coping skills, recognize your strengths, and move toward the life you want. Therapy is a journey, and I’ll meet you where you are and support you at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable sharing what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals, and what you hope to get from therapy. I’ll listen without judgment, answer any questions you may have, and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic and supportive. Most importantly, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and welcomed.
