I am Sheindel Faigy Rabinowitz, commonly known as Faigy in my community. I am a National Board Certified Clinical Psychotherapist and hold certifications in Advanced Trauma Treatment (Level 1) from the Ferentz Institute and a Grief-Informed Professional certificate from Evergreen Certification, which means I am trained to provide specialized support to individuals experiencing grief.

I am dedicated to working with individuals, couples, and families, drawing on my extensive experience across diverse settings and populations. My practice focuses on assisting my clients in managing and coping with issues related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family conflicts, PTSD, and other related concerns.

My approach to therapy

I am goal-oriented and utilize a variety of approaches, ensuring that your unique needs are met. These include cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and creative modalities such as art, expressive writing, and EMDR.
