I am Sheindel Faigy Rabinowitz, known as Faigy in my community, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Baltimore, in person or virtual, in English, Hebrew or Yiddish. I am a National Board Certified Clinical Psychotherapist with Advanced Trauma Treatment (Level 1) certification from the Ferentz Institute and a Grief-Informed Professional certificate from Evergreen Certification. My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family conflict, and PTSD.

I am goal-oriented and utilize a variety of approaches, ensuring that your unique needs are met. These include cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and creative modalities such as art, expressive writing, and EMDR.

As a caring, sensitive, and empathetic therapist, wife, and mother, I know and understand pain from personal experience. I recognize how challenging it can be, and I am here to support you in your emotional and spiritual growth as you navigate through your pain. The pain does not have to define you.
