I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals and families through an attachment-based lens. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to support healing in a safe and compassionate environment.
My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment-based and trauma-informed care, with a strong belief that healing happens within safe, trusting relationships. I focus on helping clients feel regulated, understood, and supported before moving into deeper therapeutic work. I integrate evidence-based practices, including EMDR, to help process past experiences and reduce their impact on daily life. Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and paced to meet each client where they are. When desired, I also offer a faith-informed perspective that honors clients’ Christian values.
In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and helping you feel comfortable in the therapy space. I’ll ask gentle questions about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what support might feel most helpful right now, there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll talk through logistics, answer any questions you have, and begin creating a plan that feels collaborative and supportive. Above all, the first session is about establishing safety, trust, and clarity for what therapy can look like moving forward.
