Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy carrying more than they realize - old wounds, stress that won’t settle, or patterns that keep repeating. If you’ve been carrying trauma, you may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I offer a steady, compassionate space to explore what’s hurting and understand the patterns your mind and body have developed to cope. As a Licensed Professional Counselor focused on trauma, I use relational and mind‐body approaches to help you rebuild safety and self‐trust. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

Your story is uniquely yours, and your healing deserves an approach tailored to you. My approach to therapy is grounded in Brainspotting, a powerful mind‐body method that helps clients access and process what’s been held beneath the surface. I see myself as a guide rather than an expert telling you what to do; you set the pace, and I help you navigate the path toward healing. Together, we pay close attention to your nervous system and the places where your body stores unresolved experiences. This work is gentle, focused, and deeply attuned to your internal world. My hope is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your own story.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session where you can talk about your story and what you’re hoping to change or understand. This gives us a shared direction and helps you feel grounded in the process. I work to create a space that feels safe, steady, and welcoming, somewhere you can be honest without feeling exposed. From there, we move into deeper work, often using Brainspotting, allowing your own inner process to lead us toward what needs healing. My role is to guide and support you as those goals begin to take shape.
