Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University in 2020 and have since completed further education to broaden and improve my skills. I enjoy helping people work through and navigate trauma, neurodivergence, substance use, relationship dynamics, and their sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize the person by encouraging authenticity and offering a calm, curious, and compassionate presence. I teach emotional regulation, communication, and boundary skills to create a foundation for the work, and follow with specialized techniques to help the client make needed changes in their life.

What you can expect from me

The first session with me centers around getting to know one another and identifying goals to achieve mental wellness in your life. Every person is different, likewise, I do my best to tailor each session to your individual needs and desires.
