Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe being your authentic self. Whether you’re navigating challenges in the present, processing experiences from your past, or feeling anxious about what the future may hold, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

My approach is thoughtful, open-minded, and encouraging. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I value taking the time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.

Whether you’re looking for support through a difficult life transition, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, we’ll work collaboratively to find solutions and build healthy coping skills that fit your life. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported as you gain insight, develop resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Whatever you’re carrying, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, creating a path toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on meeting you where you are and providing a supportive, compassionate space where you can openly explore whatever is happening in your life. Whether you’re facing a difficult challenge, working through a personal struggle, navigating a major life transition, or simply wanting someone to talk to, I’m here to help you process your experiences in a thoughtful, positive, and nonjudgmental way.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll identify what’s most important to you, explore the factors contributing to your concerns, and develop practical strategies that align with your unique strengths, values, and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I strive to help you find solutions and coping skills that fit your life and feel meaningful to you.

My goal is to help you gain insight, build confidence, strengthen resilience, and empower you to become the best version of yourself. Whatever brings you to therapy, we’ll work together to create a path forward that supports your well-being, fosters personal growth, and helps you make lasting, positive changes.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you are encouraged to share your story at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood, regardless of what brings you to therapy.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what has led you to seek therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, your strengths, and what you hope to achieve through the therapeutic process. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences while giving you the space to share what feels most important to you.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based therapeutic tools while honoring your autonomy and self-determination. Together, we’ll begin developing a therapy plan that reflects your unique goals, values, and needs, ensuring that our work together feels collaborative, meaningful, and personalized.

My hope is that you’ll leave your first session feeling supported, understood, and confident that you have a compassionate partner to help you navigate life’s challenges and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
