I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma and earned a Master’s in Science degree in Professional Counseling at Mid-America Christian University, Okla.

My specialty is working with adults in transition; managing life's unexpected changes.

My clinical focus is to meet you where you are while providing CBT cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help you discover the link between your behaviors, emotions, and your thoughts.

Person - Centered approach to allow you to discover your solutions. Solution- Focused approach to help move you forward if you are feeling overwhelmed and stuck. Motivational Interviewing to address health behaviors, build self-confidence and for those seeking positive life changes.
