I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through a variety of mental health challenges. I have worked with clients facing concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, career challenges, OCD, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Mood Disorders. I am also experienced in helping individuals who have experienced physical and emotional trauma.
