I am Certified Trauma therapist (CCTP-I) and I specialize in relational trauma. I have a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling with an Emphasis on Traumatology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Trauma treatment requires a brain and body connection and a clinicians role is to develop safety and attunement. My focus is safety, connection, and developing coping and regulation skills. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you process, develop, and find healing.
