Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 26 years of professional work experience. I have successfully helped clients with such issues as stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem and confidence, & depression.
My style of therapy is very upfront, as I have found that being direct with clients (and them being direct with me) has been the most effective way to progress through challenges. At the same time, I work hard to treat everyone with respect and compassion. I also love to laugh, and utilize humor as part of my therapy regularly.
My top priority for all of my clients is to help them feel empowered and confident so they are able to reach their own goals independently.
