Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland and hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have been providing therapy services since 2021 and have experience in both the outpatient and school-based settings.

I have worked extensively with children and adolescents, supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, anger management concerns, and behavioral challenges. I also have experience working with adults, with a focus on anxiety, PTSD, and depression. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and supportive, while also providing thoughtful challenges when needed to encourage growth and meaningful change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I see myself as a partner alongside you as you navigate your experiences, gain insight, process challenges, and work toward the changes you want to make. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from counseling. I’ll also ask questions about your background, experiences, and any factors that may be impacting your emotional well-being.

This first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you need from therapy, and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and developing a plan that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
