Great to meet you!

I am a fully licensed Masters Level Clinician and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I obtained my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at Michigan State University. I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults and adults. I specialize in the following Anxiety, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Depression, PTSD and Substance abuse.

My approach to therapy

I use many therapy styles depending on the clients needs and their unique learning styles. I will also use a mixture of therapies that I feel will help the client with their needs. I do not have a one size fits all approach.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to feel heard, understood, cared for and this may not be where I want to be emotionally, but the outlook will allow me to be a stronger, wiser person.
